movement of the bridge, its movement is on linear guides with hardened and ground
bearings with 4 contact points to guarantee greater precision and firmness (all protected
by industrial type covers). The movement is on a precision toothed and inclined guide,
powered by a brushless motor with electronic speed regulation. Speed maximum
displacement 472”/min.
- 13.8” Z axis. Clamping chuck in vertical position, the distance between the table and
chuck is 9.4”. The head movement is vertical. Movement on linear guides with tempered
bearings for greater hardness and ground to 4 contact points to guarantee greater
precision and firmness (all protected by industrial covers). Movement on a precision screw
with ball bearings, driven by a brushless motor and with electronic speed regulation.
Maximum travel speed 39”/min.
- C axis 0o ÷ 360o. Rotating movement of the head. With positioning controlled, driven by a
Sumitomo brushless motor and reducer (Japanese) with electronic speed regulation.
- A axis 0o ÷ 90o. Head tilt powered by a brushless motor. Electronic speed regulation.
- Blade motor. Electrospindle with 20 HP power, managed by a vector inverter to manage
the change in the number of revolutions which are between 1000-4000 rpm. Conditioned
with protection cover for a 19.5” diameter blade. 2” shaft, hollowed out for cooling the
tools, all automatically.
- Double continuous water-cooling installation. External circulation to the blade - required
quantity 40 l /min (with recirculation. Internal circulation towards the tool - required
quantity 6 l/min (without recirculation).
