i bought this machine from the original owner ( the machine says it was manufactured in 2004 and i know it was put into service in late 2005 { i am double checking this tomorrow} ) the nc 400 was used very little by the 1st owner as they switched operators at least 5 times. the company went out of busines and the machine stayed inside a warehouse for close to a year before i bought it. i then stored the machine for the next 2and 1/2 years till i expanded my building to accomodate that machine and another one.. i hired breton to install and refurbish the nc 400, and in the process i had most of the metal exterior sandblasted and powder coated . the spindle was replaced with a brand new one and a new ” key ” had to be bought as someone stole the original one, and a new carousel(tool holder) was added . the software is the latest that breton offers for this machine and i believe all the siemens components were replaced . the vacuum pump was replaced about 6 months ago . the machine is basically totally rebuilt and the hours on it are around 2800 hrs. the nc 400 is basically a new machine and is in fine working order. it also has some 45 tool holders and is currently using mem tools(some of which are brand new and not used) the vacuum pads are both breton and blick and have a wide variety and number of both . i also have 2 lasers to position the pieces on the tables (this is a dual table machine) that can be bought with the machine or can be sold seperately. i have included numerous pictures of the machine………………………(p.s. it also has a scanner supplied by breton that tracks what slabs are being put on that machine) p.s. the date on camera is wrong and breton stickers were taken off and never put on when it was powder coated. Machine is available for inspection if neccessary. Machine will be sold as is / where is and implies no warranties. Buyer responsible for shipping, rigging and installation. Subject to prior sale.
