intra 5-axis CNC bridge saw

The intra 5-axis CNC bridge saw meets the need for high speed, high accuracy applications such as automated production lines, and complex interior work, for medium to large-scale plants. It features an innovative 370° rotating head rather than the conventional rotating table. Combined with 0° to 90° tilting blade capability, this configuration has proven to increase production up to two fold as well as ensure cutting accuracy. Production can be further increased with the use of Gmm’s patent pending optional blade-head mounted vacuum attachment.

The Intra can be can be operated easily in manual and fully automatic modes to perform single, multiple, orthogonal cuts, oblique and inclined cuts, using the rotating head and interpolation of the axes. Profiles, polygons, circumferences, arches can be drawn on computer and saved in DXF to be downloaded with a USB key.

Machine does not come with vacuum lifters.
