1998 Wilson 11'6" Gantry Block Saw
Saw is still under power and cutting 24hrs a day.
100 hp motor
60' of track that can accommodate 7 block positions.
They have done several big replacements in past few years, but basically it has new bearings and wheels on the blade side of the carriage (done recently by Wilson). Both screws have been replaced within the last year (one by Wilson the other by Mitch Lee.) All the other wheels look good. The rails for the gantry on the floor are less than three years old.
